Summary: First… Truly enjoyed staying at this property. Read the reviews and know this isn’t a 5-star property. We did love the staff we made relationships with, enjoyed the food a lot, and loved the location. Our room (grand oceanfront) was also lovely! At checkin, we were told the ac unit wasn’t working + the jacuzzi. We were disappointed and were told we would receive a 10% refund - even signed a form. The ac wasn’t working upon arriving to the room but then later was working. The jacuzzi never worked. Checkout day, I asked about the refund for the units not working and they said it’s easy, just call Expedia. Since the trip, I’ve spent numerous hours on the phone with the property + Expedia. When Expedia and the resort finally connected on the phone together, the resort told Expedia they couldn’t find my reservation. When I talked to the resort, they promised every time it would happen any day. We stayed a week in late March/early April. Still haven’t received any refund even after the property states I should get a 10% refund. So as much as I loved the trip and most of the experiences at the resort, I would not stay here again nor recommend it due to the lack of poor customer service.

Summary: 10 out of 10!!! The staff, the location the food options where all excellent!. I would not only recommend this resort but am considering re booking this November for my winter break. Honorable mention also goes to Expedia for making this booking so easy. Everything was just as promised without any hidden surprises or disappointments. Thank you all for making this solo birthday vacation so memorable 💖

Summary: Very old. The whole thing needs some updating. People were nice. Food was not so good but I always found something edible.

Summary: The property was quite comfortable with the beach right there. The staff was amazing, they went above and beyond.... and the dinners were 10 stars 🌟 all the way!!

Summary: It's a beautiful room, as shown in the brochure. However, the central air conditioning does not work, and a portable unit is installed through a slider. It's not nearly enough to keep the room cool. The temporary solution looks permanent. The manager said they would get back to me with compensation. I have never heard from them. The website should let guests know what they are getting.
