Summary: First of all - the building is beautiful. Th e lobby was beautifully decorated as well. Now about the room. We were given room 110. Three outside walls. Heating is co trolled by the reception and is regularly turned off. Our room was freezing most of the time. We asked reception multiple times to turn the heat on. They did, it got warmer, and then it was turned off again and I had to spend the morning in bed under covers. This was ridiculous. Last day there was one young employee - Stefan- who was the only one who actually seemed to care and made sure the last night the heat stayed on. That’s what we asked for so can’t complain that it got too hot. Couldn’t really regulate the temp by opening windows as they were right over the kitchen vent in one side and over the rubbish bins on the other side. The paid for pricey breakfast was not worth it. Very limited and some days there weren’t even any juices or pastries. Room was somewhat clean - dirty carpet. Comfortable bed and one of the best hotel pillows I’ve seen. Bathroom had no venting and co sensation stayed in walls and mirrors most of the day when the heat wasn’t on. O stall I would not recommend that specific room. Others might be better. Oh, our last morning there was a lovely lady at the front desk who was actually very pleasant and nice.

Summary: Should give more information about how high up on a hill it is. While it does have a nice view of the city I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone who has problems walking. I didn’t want cleaning the first days but that resulted in the staff totally overlooking my room the days I did request cleaning. When they were cleaning it was not done properly. Not impressed. Also, I needed help with the luggage from third floor, where my room was, as the elevator only goes to second floor. No one showed up so I had to do it myself, which isn’t good when you have problems with your shoulder.

Summary: Hotel lobby was great but the room smelt of damp and musty, couldn’t open the windows due to being above the kitchen and the vent noise. No hot water in the morning to shower! Disappointed as the hotel is large and looks great from the front. Staff were pleasant.
