Positive: Location, valet parking, simple breakfast, renovated spaces and guest room were awesome. I appreciate the upscaleness of this hotel. The amount of parking was good. The clientele was upper end.

Negative: The texting from the front desk was fine, but it seemed like the precheck was not synchronized with the phyiscal check-in, why should I scan my license ahead of time if they are just going to ask for it again upon check-in. BTW, this place really needs to invest $$ in their elevators... they are slow and 1 is (and has been for years) out of service.

Summary: My favorite place to stay in the NJ/NY area. Rooms are worth it!

Positive: The team is great. The renovations, while incomplete, are very nice. The restaurant is delicious.

Negative: They would benefit from expanded breakfast offerings and in bringing back the laundry service.
