Positive: When we arrived on a cold rainy day, we opened the front door and it definately had the "wow factor". The hosts had the AC on before we arrived, so it was lovely and warm and welcoming. The cottage was beautifully decorated, light and roomy. The kitchen had every utensil needed. The cottage was spotlessly clean. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in, and electric blankets were a bonus. Great back porch with two outdoor sittings, and a fair sized yard for dogs or kids to play. I cannot rate the hosts highly enough, they were so responsive when we had issues.
Negative: The TV isn't connected to an antenna, so free to air channels have to be streamed via Wifi. Bit challenging for older people. The Air Conditioner is set to a maximum of 26 degrees. After about 9pm, we were cold, so had to sit with blankets on, or go to bed early.

Positive: Clean fresh amenities and spaces. Bedrooms were a good size.
Negative: The house was cold even with aircon on to warm the rooms. The electric blankets helped on the beds. Would have been good to have a small oil heater in the bedrooms to take off the chill.

Positive: We recently visited The Alice Mittagong with family, and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a stylish yet relaxed country charm that made us feel instantly comfortable. The house itself had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils and cookware needed to prepare our own meals, making it easy to enjoy cosy nights in. There were plenty of blankets to keep us warm, which made the cooler evenings feel snug and comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would recommend and definitely stay again. Thank you
Negative: One small suggestion would be to replace or secure the single chair with wheels in the lounge room, as it can feel a little unstable. Adjusting this would make the space even safer and more comfortable for all guests.
