Summary: The staff was extremely kind, especially the breakfast staff.Carl was very thoughtful and proactive and accommodating us with a little six month old. The hotel is located very close to the trams and the U Bahn and very quiet at night. We will definitely return here again.

Summary: This is a lovely small hotel with very nice staff, nice rooms, a lovely quiet spa, and amazing restaurant. It is close to all of the attractions and transportation. I wish every hotel experience could be like this. The staff are so lovely, accommodating, informative, and friendly. The interior is a refined touch of elegance and simplicity. The breakfast was worth it for me because I didn’t have to think about where to eat and it filled me up the whole day until dinner. I also highly recommend dinner at Glasswing…What an amazing experience.
