Summary: Property lacked essential items to get started i.e bathroom tissue, basic kitchen items( salt,pepper, foil. Sleeping arrangements unacceptable, King size beds kept separating, hence hole up the middle of bed! Queen bed very noisy left a lot to be desired! No one thought to mention proximity of Airport and Air Force jets??

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: t was not the best experience as the king bed had two mattresses which kept on moving and there was a big gap between the mattresses and we could not sleep whole night.

Summary: It was a great location for a family vacation. Minutes away from Smathers Beach, and a just short drive from Duval Street. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Airport is close by but wasn't loud enough to bother anyone. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Summary: The grounds are well maintained as is the pool. This was a perfect rental for 4 adults and the sunsets from the balcony are unmatched!! You can even see the cruise ships at Port on the other side is the island and watch airplanes take off and land at the near by airport.
