Summary: The property is very nice however, rather secluded. No where to really walk. You have to have a car to explore. The food and drinks were delicious. The pool was wonderful as well as the rooms.

Summary: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Resort is small so it almost feels private. It is a little far from any sizable restaurant or shopping areas. There is a small area you can walk to with a few restaurants. Spa was wonderful.

Summary: Great location, staff is super friendly and will organize transfers to and from harbour, and will book sightseeing for you on Penida. Far away from the harbour, and main parts of the island, but close to Diamond Beach and other sights. Spa staff are amazing and my hair mask, reflexology and balinese massage were 10/10. The restaurant is amazing, breakfast has many options and I was happy with every meal we had. My only complaint is that the housekeeping is not very good. My mugs were dirty on arrival, my towels were also damp and looked used and refolded. My dad who stayed in a different room had a leaking sink and the bathroom was flooded. If they fix their maintenance and housekeeping standards they would be 5/5 stars!!
