Positive: The location is superb, on a little used road, therefore quite and peaceful. The accommodation - modern and recently completed/renovated - has everything that you need, particularly for longer stays. Being more or less in the centre of Norfolk and only only 5 minutes from the market town of Dereham, it is an ideal location from which to explore all the delights that Norfolk has to offer, from the historic towns and cities - Norwich and King's Lynn to mention just two - to the peace, tranquillity and beauty of the north Norfolk coast. Wholly recommended.
Negative: We would've loved to have stayed longer!

Positive: Everything is new, very clean and of a very high standard. The hosts are really nice and helpful people. The back garden gets the sun and is lovely to sit out at night.

Positive: The location was great for what we needed, located in the heart of Norfolk. I'd recommend it for cycling and sightseeing. Our host, Jane was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Negative: There wasn't anything to not like with the accommodation or location.
