Positive: The apartment was just perfect for my short stay. I was met by the owners on arrival, they had kindly put fresh milk and bread in it for me too, along with a good selection of tea and coffee, which was a lovely surprise

Negative: there wasn't anything I didn't like

Summary: My stay in Salisbury was excellent, I visited plenty of places, including the cathedral.

Positive: Clean, very well equipped, secure parking, close to town, excellent communication with host. Perfect for a longer stay Contractor such as myself and a shorter city break.

Negative: I stayed on the rare occasion it was boiling hot in the UK, so upstairs was quite warm. It is possible to get some air circulating if you open the main door. Cooler downstairs and I took a small fan which helped.

Summary: I would stay again and recommend to any.

Positive: Exceptional Stay at Quidhampton Mills Quidhampton Mills is conveniently located very close to Salisbury, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. The cleanliness of the property was exceptional, and the flat was beautifully decorated with a warm, homely touch. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making our stay incredibly comfortable. Lesa was a fantastic host—she provided clear communication both before our arrival and throughout our stay. She thoughtfully explained local attractions and even provided us with a detailed information folder, which was very helpful. The kitchen, though compact, was a pleasure to use. It was well-equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and a full range of utensils—all in immaculate condition. I’ve never had a better experience staying away from home. The property also features a secure parking area with 24-hour access via remote, which added to our convenience and peace of mind. I wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful place to anyone visiting Salisbury. Thank you, Lesa, for making our stay so enjoyable. We truly hope to return to Quidhampton Mills in the future!

Positive: Stayed at The Loft. Really well presented apartment in a lovely area. You can get a bus into Salisbury from just around the corner if you don't want to drive. The apartment has all the basics you need, is exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The hosts were really friendly, and had kindly provided fresh bread and butter for our arrival. Definitely worth a stay ☺️

Positive: Lesa and Martin were fantastic hosts, greeting us on arrival and showing us everything we needed to know about in the apartment. They had prepared a fantastic folder with useful information about the flat, Salisbury and the surrounding area, plus instructions for all the appliances, so we always felt that we had answers to our questions ready to hand. They had also bought us bread and milk, despite our very late booking, and when we had a problem with our car they put us in touch with an extremely knowledgeable local mechanic, which was incredibly helpful. The loft has a wonderfully relaxed feeling, full of light, with a lovely view over the watermeadow, an extremely comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and a cosy little galley kitchen with everything you need to self-cater for a short stay. They have an arrangement for guests to make use of the facilities at a great health club nearby and we enjoyed a relaxing swim and sauna there, which just added to the wonderfully laid back weekend. We would definitely return again, thank you!
