Summary: There is nothing negative to say about this hotel. From the warm friendly welcome through to the equally friendly goodbye everything was spot on. Every staff members we met were so friendly and service was of a very high standard. We will stay here again

Summary: Lovely hotel in a nice part of Salisbury just a 15 minute delightful walk into the city. Free shuttle service in the evenings. The staff & the service were excellent. The view from our room & from the bar terrace is outstanding, open countryside, the river & the cathedral. Highly recommended.

Summary: For disability people is not friendly. The main hotel does not have elevator (lift). Only stair which is very inconvinuos for the luggage. The restaurant is amazing with lovely view. Staff very friendly
