Positive: Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. A magical place to watch elephants and buffalo so close. Driving in the aberdare range is beautiful.

Negative: Guests talk loudly on the veranda where people dot to watch the animals peacefully. There is a dign there to remind people to be respectful for other yet it is not being observed. It might be worth to include this issue when people are checking in. Guests are better having conversations and chat on the phone at the bar inside so they don't disturb those that come for a quiet time.
