Positive: Quiet location, comfortable bed, well equipped with fridge, milk, orange juice, corn flakes and plenty of tea and coffee. Pub was 50ft away and had good food and beer.

Negative: No soap dish in shower and shower was luke warm although this might have been due to me using it after my wife. Needed a breakfast bar or fold down table inside to eat breakfast on. We were lucky the first day as weather was fab and we were able to eat outside on a picnic table.

Positive: Lovely lunch. Nice food and generous portions. Lovely staff. Early check in. Comfey bed.

Negative: Got back at 11:00, admittedly on a Saturday night, disco in the pub till midnight which was loud.

Negative: No light or air in the bathroom at the back of the room.

Positive: Location was great for our needs. Room clean and tidy, had everything I needed. Staff and management were all lovely and very accommodating, couldn't have done more for us. Free parking is always a bonus. Will stay again if in the area

Positive: Decent rooms, comfortable enough and very clean. Could do with more fans in the height of summer as there's no a/c and rooms get very hot. Bathroom good size, powerful shower. Breakfast was in the room - cornflakes / milk. Good amount of tea and coffee.

Negative: Slightly less usage of detergent please - the bedclothes were super clean but smelt detergenty

Summary: Great little pub and rooms for a couple of days. Food at the pub is excellent.
