Summary: The duvet cover was slippery material, so the duvet bunched up and ended on the floor after trying to pull it up. A/C blew Dow on our heads. Turned it off and opened the sliding door. Otherwise, it was clean and well-stocked.

Summary: It was wonderful to be within walking of everything in Ashland. However, the hotel needs work. The beds were horrible, broken down, back hurts. There was not adequate shampoo and conditioner for 2 people. The room was dark and depressing, needs light paint to make the space feel bigger and lighter. Getting hot water took a long time. We'd like to stay again in the future and hope these suggestions help.

Summary: The air conditioning unit was very loud when it turned on, and room was poorly lit. Bed not comfortable and able to hear next room occupants chatting. Location is excellent for walking around Ashland and attending plays.

Summary: The room smelled like dog urine. The pillows and bedding were old and lumpy. The bed had hair in it. The room was small despite it being an upgraded King room. The location was great, close to downtown and parking was easy.

Summary: The Bard's Inn is comfortable and welcoming, and an easy stroll down the street to restaurants, shops and the Oregon Shakespeare Festival shows

Summary: The room was very clean. The check in staff was friendly and thorough. There were a lot of breakfast choices available. The only area I gave it a 3 is the room itself. It was definitely dated, and the balcony sliding door didn’t lock. It had a wooden dowel on the inside so someone from the outside could not open it. However, the bed was very comfortable.

Summary: There are several buildings in the Bard's Inn complex, which has one of the best locations in Ashland for enjoying the town and a short walk to the theater. Location is excellent! The building we stayed in was the London, and it was clearly a renovated older building. The room was very clean, but it had an odd odor. The mattresses were lumpy, and the AC is super loud, going on and off all night. This might be a bother if someone is a light sleeper. Also, the second bedroom had minimal air circulation and needed a television. It worked well for the two nights I was there, but I suggest focusing on freshening the air and addressing these other points. Perhaps rooms in their other buildings are somewhat better. However, I would stay again for the location.

Summary: Way over priced for what it is. There are better places to stay

Summary: This place is clean and well kept, but very basic. Think motel… parking in front, plastic-like bed covers, very loud window a/c unit, but at least it worked well! Ashland rooms are expensive for what you get!

Summary: This is our second time staying here and both times have been great. Friendly staff and clean spacious rooms. It’s just a few minutes walk from several restaurants and if you’re here for the Shakespeare Festival, just a 6-8 minute walk to the theaters.
