Summary: Hi. The Barrett house was super cute, clean and well stocked with comfortable beds. The house sits on a main road with a couple of bars across the street. It was SO loud at night with cars, people, music and even fireworks for no apparent reason. The bedrooms are right beside the window and it was very very loud at night. Great communication with the host but noisemakers or something to drown out noise would be a must for me to stay again. Thanks.

Summary: We had a great stay and loved the house! James was easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was clean and kitchen was stocked with snacks, coffee, and water bottles.We were a bit surprised to find that one of the bedrooms is just a queen bed in the down stairs common area (the house is split into 2 separate identical units). Luckily this wasn’t a big issue for our group, but the couple in that “bedroom” didn’t have much privacy. We enjoyed walking to the bars and restaurants nearby even in the cold weather!

Summary: I am not able to fully rate the property, since we were unable to stay here due to the significant snowfall in Louisville. Despite that, I did want to pass along praise for the host, James! He was a great communicator throughout and incredibly helpful in every way! 5 stars for James and I hope to return and stay at this property and explore Louisville (without snow!!) in the future!
