Positive: Close to the beach with nice views. Not far away from a really good Thai restaurant and some very nice pubs. Great place - clean, tidy and comfortable! Friendly Landlords sent me the details about the place before I arrived. Very convenient to book and check in/out.

Positive: Perfect location overlooking Eastern Beach and a step away from the Geelong Botanic Gardens. Close to city centre. Functional kitchen. Nice artwork in lounge area. Hot shower. All clean and tidy.
Negative: Single beds in second bedroom a little less than expected, but slept well. Double bed in main bedroom very comfortable I believe.
Summary: Perfect location, very comfortable stay.

Positive: Was a lovely apartment. Very old, but had character. Very comfy beds & clean. We stayed due to a funeral in Colac the following morning. (Would never have made it from the other side of Melbourne!)
Negative: There was no blind or curtain on the front glass door, so anyone walking past, especially at night, could see in. We should have parked out the front, as the garage was very hard to reverse up & into. (But this is clearly noted in the instructions from the owner & not their fault)

Positive: Location is excellent, close to city and waterfront. Clean and tidy and styled well.
Negative: Tea and coffee facilities were provided, plenty of tea bags but coffee jar had not been refilled so no coffee. Milk in the fridge had been opened so we chose not to use. The towels looked like they were in character with the age of the house.
