Summary: Excellent room, 3 beds which was oerfect for us at the end, with a small kitchen that allowed us to cook and eat when needed. Location was excellent being near the beach, with the pub and restaurants nearby suitable for us. Would stay here again if in Nelson, enjoyable stay

Summary: The office staff were very helpful and improved my stay. On the other hand the studio room I stayed in seemed slightly dated and the kitchenette, with no sink, left a lot to be desired.

Summary: Nice large room, had everything we needed for a 2 night stay with microwave and mini fridge. We had a very old heater that did smoke and set our fire alarm off late in the evening. Told staff in morning and advised to not use the heating but went back with the heater as the smell was still coming from the heater and room was still quite strong smelling, this staff member was great and apologized, when we came home, room and been made up with replacement hearter and some chocolate left for the inconvenience.
