Positive: Good location on Government Street close to the harbour and lots of restaurants. Large sunny room. The staff in reception were friendly but didn't help with requests.
Negative: The toilet ran which meant it started refilling every five minutes and was very noisy. We told reception and they said it had been fixed and when we told them it was not they went to the room again but nothing was done. The room was also very noisy - although we were advised of this. The servicing of the room was very late. We asked for an early check in but the room was not ready until 4pm. On other days we indicated they could clean the room at about 9am but it wasn't done until almost 4pm. When we spoke to the house maid she was surly to say the least.
