Positive: Clear instructions pre arrival. The property is brilliantly located, very clean, super bathroom, bed linen, towels etc. the sitting room gave us a sense of country house luxury where we enjoyed a nightcap each night as we planned our next day. We had a problem with the central heating boiler but the property manager was on to it as soon as we alerted them and it was sorted out. The property manager reiterated that they are on hand 24/7 for the comfort of their guests - which is the sign of a great host. The 2 little local walk books and map were a thoughtful touch and we used them all.
Summary: Great location, really super accommodation, clear pre-arrival instructions. Great host

Positive: Location of property was ideal .Apartment was very large more like a small bungalow than an apartment ! Lovely lounge area.
Negative: No wardrobes , to hang clothes in . Which seemed a bit odd . Otherwise the place was fantastic.

Positive: This is a stunning 2 bedroom ground floor dog friendly apartment. The living room is spacious with high ceilings and a very comfortable sofa with a view to the shared garden. One bedroom has two single beds and the other a generous 4 poster bed. We wanted to spend the weekend enjoying walks in the beautiful Chatsworth House Park and surrounding areas. The apartment is one of 5 (I think). Every apartment was occupied but we didn't hear a peep from the other guests. These are well built sound-proofed conversions of a beautiful Manor House. I was shocked to find that there was a baby in one and dogs in the others! Which made us feel a little more relaxed about our dog should she bark. There are plenty of walks to choose from with a beautiful view around every corner. We planned a 10 mile walk around the Chatsworth House grounds and surrounding villages. We also enjoyed the Chatsworth Gardens with our pooch in tow. We have been before and never get bored of this place. The Prince of Wales Pub opposite is a must. The food is very tasty indeed. I would advise booking a table so as not to miss out. We enjoyed the Fish & Fizz Friday deal and they have lots of other fun deals to choose from or of course there's always the main menu. There is also a Co-op 2mins walk away. We highly recommend The Beeches and will be returning.
