Positive: Room lovely and breakfast excellent. Charged for a flat white which was a bit keen. Dinner also very good indeed. Staff delightful.

Negative: Shower leaked a little under the door but that was really it.

Positive: Nice, bright building but still with a pub atmosphere, friendly staff, good food, large, pleasant bedroom.

Negative: The blinds in the bedroom weren't very lightproof; the television was a bit fuzzy and I'm not sure the streaming channels all worked. These are minor points.

Positive: clean comfortable room, Great quality of bedding Very nice soap The smiles of the staff, the knowledgeable bartender was great. He actually understood his role. Breakfast lady was nice!

Negative: Friendly, if not inexperienced staff. Check in felt ackward, like it was the first time someone said" im here to check in". Lots of looking at papers and laptop, yet no simple " welcome Sir', " How was your trip" Breakfast from 8am, pastries came through at 8.40am Greasy breakfast, and cheap branded ketchup. Terrible coffee Being called saying I left without paying, but forgot to make appropriate checks before making that call. Bill was settled night before as per early departure.
