BEACHFRONT 4 bedroom cottage, is located in the center of Sylvan beach, with everything you may need or want within walking distance, shops, restaurants, amusement and more.
When your ready to relax the Bella Vista awaits you, relax on our large screened in porch (which extends your living space), or our fenced in yard, in the hammock or comfy chair watching the kids play, sitting by the fire or simply admire the beautiful sunsets.
Fully equipped with washer and dryer, all the things you would expect if you were home. Living area and bedrooms have flat screen TV's, cable, Roku and Wi-Fi. Lower level has 1brm. (double) There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd level with 1 double, 2 twins and 1 set of bunk beds, A/C in all bedrooms. Fire Pit, gas grill, picnic table & lawn chairs for yard use on the property.
Bella Vista was built in the late 1800's, not new & modern, steep steps to the upstairs. The charm, coziness & history (if only walls could talk) are well worth the age. We appreciate our return guests year after year. Book early only a few dates left.

Summary: A beautiful, old camp, nestled in the heart of Sylvan Beach! The house is equipped for modern electronics, the yard is a perfect blend of sun and shade, while the sand is clean and plentiful just outside the sea wall. The house is old. The floors creak, the stairs are steep, the front slants…and all those things add to the character & charm of the place! Prepare to leave your worries and stress at the road. You will have a relaxing, good time during your stay at the Buena Vista. Be sure to check out the local restaurants and the amusement park. The rides & games are old and nostalgic (and safe). Visit the events & local vendors in the town square. The sidewalk chalk artists are amazing. This rental experience is worth every penny!

Summary: Stayed for a week. Property was right where you want to be. Beach and water was all sand. Nightly fires were a great time.

Summary: The beautiful back yard and acess to the beach made this house worth it. The house itself left much to be desired - think cabin more than beach house. There were many cosmetic problems covered with duct tape, power strips were taped to the walls near outlets, and one tv on a shelf was held up by bricks. Would reccomend the owner provide hand soap, dish soap, household cleaning supplies, bath mat, and garbage bags. The stairs up to the three bedrooms are very steep and do not have a railing (rather handles) - definitely not safe for young children. We truly enjoyed our time at the beach, playing in the yard, and enjoying coffee on the back porch but feel some additional amenities should be provided given the rental rate (baby gate, board games, bwach toys). I would stay here again with friends but wouldn't recommend staying here with young children.
