Positive: Overall rooms, bathroom, AC, beds etc Choice of furnitures, linen, towels etc
Negative: Although no one else was sharing bathroom (not sure because of only us being downstairs or it was exclusive for 2 bedrooms let to us) Bathroom is outside the main door for section sublet. A bit inconvenient if we need to go out in night/bed-dress. I was hoping a small kitchenette to get some easy coocked meals, but what we found was tray/cups/forks and knives. We did make work with that but that means eating outside or eating only microwave-able dishes
