Summary: We liked the proximity to St Mary’s . For what they charge for a nights stay you’d would think parking would be included. The bed was terrible, I had such a back ache , the Doctors at St Mary’s had to give me some pain medication before my procedure even started. Room reminded me of a hotel room I had in Saigon 60 years ago. The interior just seemed cold . With that being said, I don’t think we would Book with them again.

Summary: The kitchen setup and laundry setup was excellent. The bathroom vent fan did not operate. The 2 chair setup for television viewing was small and uncomfortable. As well as there was no setup for a cup of coffee while watching tv. The location of television and the limited wall cable length restricted the ability to position the tv screen to enable viewing from the bed. The bed mattress was very firm. The location of the hotel to the hospital is excellent.

Summary: Pros: friendly staff. Good location, shuttle & parking for mayo appointment. Very clean & lovely common areas. Great fresh coffee beans. (No tea). Red Cow adjacent for dinner. Cons: Room VERY basic. 1 nightstand/lamp; no table for dining. Cheap furniture, average comfort queen bed; bathroom not close to bedroom. No tv streaming option; limited thermostat control.

Summary: My daughter and I stayed in a queen studio for a 3-day dance competition (only a quick 10 minute drive to the Civic Center👍) The entire complex is very clean and our room was too. We really enjoyed having a kitchen with a full sized fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, full set of CLEAN silverware, and enough well kept utensils/cookware to make a few meals together. We didn’t bring our dog along but there was even an outdoor space on our floor for pets. Because it’s also an apartment complex, no room service BUT having the Red Cow restaurant attached and a small convenience store was awesome! Parking was a breeze with the attached garage. Plenty of spaces for hotel guests. Keyless entry via ‘door’ app was very convenient as well. We’ve stayed at more expensive hotels in town with a far less pleasing experience. We will definitely be back!

Summary: Really the best place I've stayed in Rochester and being across the street from St Mary's was very helpful in getting in and out of the hospital. The staff and accommodations were perfect.
