Please note that the back deck is shared with the gracious owners who reside in the primary residence upstairs; they can put the sun umbrella out for you if you prefer the shade. While the unit has had soundproofing measures taken to limit noise transfer, you may hear some occasional everyday sounds (footsteps, the doors) but the owners are considerate and keep it to a minimum. They are available to help with dinner recommendations or advice about exploring the wonderful adjacent neighborhoods or beyond!
