Stay where you'd want to live! Our home is minutes to Downtown but safely tucked away on a quiet street in one of the most affluent and sought after areas in Nashville. Truly- THE BEVERLY HILLS OF THE SOUTH! We have lived here for over twenty years and love it.
Enjoy loads of space for entertaining or relaxing, both inside and out with 2800 sq ft of space all on one-level home with half acre lot with a soothing babbling creek running through the property while also being minutes to all that Nashville has to offer!
A perfect girls getaway or vacay with the family kind of home! (Please note, this property is not suitable for children under 8 years old)
Whether in town for a sporting event, music festival, wedding, business or pleasure- the location of our home and spacious environment is a great fit! More inviting and cozy than hotel travel, create memorable experiences in our Green Hills home! We offer free high speed wifi and high-def T.V. with the sports package.

Summary: We had a terrific time. There were 7 adults and we had plenty of room. The home is in a gorgeous neighborhood. It was a quick drive to Broadway.

Summary: Great property, close to everything. We had a rental car so it was very easy to get everywhere we wanted to. Spent a couple of late nights playing cool which was great. We definitely stay here again if I come back to town.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay in this wonderful house! We were in town for a wedding, and we had plenty of room in this lovely house! Great set up, nice and open, comfortable beds, and Meghan was so helpful And responsive!! Lovely neighborhood for walking.

Summary: The location is a 10-15 drive into downtown Nashville. The neighborhood is nice but it’s also quiet. We were a 5 minute drive to the grocery store. Meghan, our host, was very responsive and helpful. It was very hot during our stay, 90 degrees and humid, but the house stayed nice and cool. The only recommendation I have is to provide a cookie sheet or baking dish. We like to cook and that is the only thing we lacked. Thanks for a great stay!

Summary: Large central areas for playing board games and loved the pool table. We had 6 adults and there was more than enough room! Great beds and bedding, everything you need… short drive to everything! Very nice quiet neighborhood. We loved it!

Summary: We absolutely loved staying here. It’s a safe neighborhood and quiet. The home is beautiful! The beds were so so comfortable. Downtown was about 15 mins away- Uber seemed to be cheaper than lyft. The pool table was fun to have!! The host is very responsive. The check in process was easy as well as the check out. It’s nice we didn’t have to worry about anything at check out, just taking trash out, didn’t have to strip beds like with usual rentals. Definitely recommend!
