This bungalow has a spacious layout. With 3 bedrooms (1 King bed, 1 Double bed, 1 Queen bed, two twin beds, one day bed), 3 full baths, and lots of sitting area, this house can host up to 8 guests comfortably. In the backyard, we have a heated saltwater pool and an outdoor kitchen and dining area which is perfect for group entertaining and quality family time.
We can only accommodate a maximum of 8 guests including children and infants. No pets allowed. Flat rate for up to 8 guests.
Pool open from around May 20th to Sep 25th.

We have one security camera at the front door and one in the backyard( not facing the pool). We respect our guests' privacy. We use the cameras only when needed when we have reasons to believe some house rules are not followed such as noise, extra guests and pets, etc.

Summary: This was a wonderful cottage. Spacious and comfortable. Many private areas to settle in to read or to look at the beautiful natural setting. Wonderful family areas to enjoy family meals and activities. It was a wonderful setting, both indoors and outdoors. The pool was amazing.

Summary: Six of us were in NOTL for a garden tour. The house was very clean and spacious. We found the beds very comfortable and Jing answered all my questions quickly. I would highly recommend the house. The picture shows bunk beds but they were made into 2 singles. That was a bonus. Thanks Wendy Reinhart

Summary: Sunni, the owner, offers guests a beautiful home on a quiet cul-de-sac near everything you would want to do in Niagara-on-the-Lake. The location is minutes from downtown NOTL and seconds away from wineries and cideries. The home is exceptionally clean and well-stocked with everything you need for a trip away from home. There are many comfortable seating areas for a quiet conversation or a gathering of friends. The pool is a wonderful delight and we enjoyed it greatly. Sunni visited us during our stay to ensure everything was perfect and she is wonderful, warm, and charming. Jing, the property manager, helped provide information for creating my itinerary. She was responsive to requests and very helpful! She made for an incredibly easy check-in process and ensured our stay was everything it needed to be. While visiting we enjoyed many wineries and the cider at Ironwood, took the ghost tour at Fort George, loved the Butterfly Conservatory, visited the Botanical Gardens, hiked the Niagara Gorge, saw Niagara Falls, enjoyed live music and dinner at the Garrison House, and took in the beautiful views of the area. Overall, this is a lovely property in a great location that is run very, very well.

Summary: Beautiful stay in a quiet and leafy residential neighbourhood. 25 min drive to Niagara Falls. Then use prepaid parking and WeGo bus to see all the sights. Back home through wine country to relax by the pool! House has excellent wifi and all the comforts of home. Nearby restaurants - both family and high end. Hosts are easily contactable and respond promptly.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at the Birch Tree Cottage! The heated pool was perfect (deep enough for a diving board!), and there was plenty of outdoor seating/lounging areas. Indoors, the design and decor were beautiful and provided a peaceful respite from the crowds in town. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and very clean. We didn't cook at all (all those restaurants in NOTL!) but the kitchen looked fully stocked with dinnerware and cookware. Will definitely stay there again!

Summary: The house was exactly as advertised beautiful inside & out fully stocked with everything we needed. Lots of room for 6 adults with a bathroom attached to each bedroom an added bonus for each couple! The pool was great with supplies for fun. Highly recommend it!
