Positive: The location was great
Negative: There was no internet. Grubby entry and stair. No lighting in potion of stair well and corridor you need a touch not good when your also struggling with bags. Cheap broken coat hangers, so you can't hang clothes. No sink plug hole covers, so you lose stuff down the hole. Blinds in the lounge need attention.

Positive: The location was perfect, right in middle of Main Street. The decorative painting on wall and loft roof was very original and impressive.
Negative: There was no lift and 3 flights of stairs. We like to eat in and there was not one oven tray or dish to be used in the oven. Knives were all blunt. No remote for bedroom heater and another remote needed new batteries. Could not get tv to work just as a tv. After we parked car, there were no instructions to get to accomodation. It was dark, it was raining and we had multitude of luggage. We walked a very long way and discovered next day there was a lift next to car park.
Summary: Position perfect with decorative lounge area.

Positive: Good central location, right next to the cable car and harbour side bars / restaurants. Main living area is impressive with high painted ceiling and is tastefully decorated.
Negative: The main bedroom smelt really musty, thankfully not the bed but don’t know whether it was the carpet or the other bedding stored in the room. Also the washing machine spin cycle does not work so not great when you have to dry wet clothes in the tumble dryer, it takes all evening. This was mentioned in previous reviews going back to November, so disappointing that it was not fixed. The dishwasher wasn’t draining properly either. The carpark is a challenge with suitcases - so many gates, steps etc. It is quite noisy at night, flat is basically on main shopping street and in a shopping centre - the Concrete Bar downstairs seems to have closed so that is good.

Positive: The paintings were beautiful and once you are upstairs, the location is convenient and not too loud. The place is very long, which was novel.
Negative: Stairs. Five sets of them. That was not adequately advertised. And getting from the car park to the property itself is such a hassle. If you have any luggage, you either need to decide what to take or flat out struggle. The property could have been 10/10 after that and still not worth all that.
Summary: If you have anything heavier than a backpack, just don't put yourself through it

Positive: It is a lovely space to be, that is, lovely interior, spacious, beautiful windows and outlook, high ceilings, close to everything. Surprisingly quiet given the location but no doubt had the bar on the floor below been open it wouldn’t have been quiet! The car park was very handy.
Negative: The rating we gave it of good would be raised to great or excellent if a few things/maintenance items could be improved. Especially considering the price of the booking. First, while there is a good big oven there is only one small baking dish, so how easily people can cook in it is greatly impaired. Second, while there is a microwave there are no microwave dishes. Third, the washing machine does not spin dry at all. I noted this in other reviews and mistakenly assumed it would be fixed but no. So if you have clothes that cannot be tumble dried you are left with sodden, dripping clothes that take days to dry. Fourth, we were not left with any instructions that worked about accessing the wifi, i had to call to get the details. The password should be left on the modem. Fifth, the tap in the main bathroom sink is incredibly loose. Lastly, the kitchen sink does not drain completely so keeping it clean is impossible.
Summary: Good for a short stay, not if you stay for longer and need to wash clothes or want to cook.

Positive: Nice and central, easy to walk to many locations and bus stops very close by if you prefer, stunning interior, plenty of space. Two keypads to access apartment so felt nice and secure. Noice blockers for windows were perfect for night to block out any noise from below.
Negative: There are a few flights of stairs to get to the apartment - fine for most but could be an issue for some

Positive: It was in a central downtown location.
Negative: This place looked cute online with the bird painted ceiling, but had some issues. The access to get to the apartment was a crazy amount of stairs both in parking garage and in the building. We needed 3 different codes throughout our stay and instructions only included 1. The toilet in the master room was broken and would not flush. Washer did not spin the load and clothes were soaking wet, even after multiple attempts to put them through spin cycle. There was no brush or scrub pad for the kitchen.
Summary: Not our favorite stop
