Our beautiful 3 bedroom home is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Kinloch. Stunning views of both the lake and township and a tranquil section to relax and play in. With our Kent fire, two heat pumps and double glazed windows your in for a warm and cosy stay during the winter months. We are also in a very sheltered spot and just a short distance to the Marina, shop and restaurant, domain and swimming beach. Kinloch is home to two golf courses and tennis courts with BMX and walking tracks abound, something for everyone.

Ability to house up to 7 people. Off street parking for cars and boat.
Linen included – we use professionally laundered linen & towels.

Minimum 2 night stay (unless stated otherwise)
Linen - as these are hired items, we ask that you bring your own Beach towels - house towels are not be be used at the beach!
Compulsory cleaning cost of $100.00 is payable when booking

Summary: The house was a great size for us (4 adults) in a peaceful location. Pleasant walk to the lake and marina area. House was lovely and clean with all the amenities in good condition and all that we required.

Summary: This is a lovely property and it is extremely well equipped with everything that one needs to make a very enjoyable stay. Beautiful,and warm on arrival and the neat pumps kept the property toasty warm as it was pretty cold outside being mid winter! The communication with the owners was first rate and the access system was excellent. Very highly recommended!!

Summary: A lovely warm, comfortable home in a peaceful setting - the lake, dairy, and heaps of trails/reserves close by. The house was spotlessly clean, tidy, spacious, and had everything you could want. Fiona was brilliant to deal with - all in all we had an awesome weekend away!
