Summary: Disrespect for travelers staying in the hotel through the corporate policies of the hotel owner. Additional charges and playing games to use the destination fee. Hassles with internet. Don't stay at a Marriott if traveling for fun, all the annoying pesky problems and blatant disregard will detract from your peace of mind but at least encourage you to spend max time away from the hotel.

Summary: The Blackstone is a historic property with lovely facilities. It is right on the #3 bus line- making my ride to the McCormick Place Convention Center easy. There is a lovely park across the street. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel does not offer room service. There is an in-hotel restaurant that looked good but I did not try. The hotel does not offer breakfast options (maybe for those at the Club level?) but did have a list of nearby options. I wish that list was offered to me upon check-in, but that is my only criticism. Loved Chicago and definitely plan to return.

Summary: Hotel beds were amazing, things were clean and staff were excellent. Major perk was the door staff; they even made sure my kid didn’t run out into the street while trying to get into the car. Everyone on site absolutely understood the assignment. Amazing place.

Summary: Great property located near the park with nearby parking options. I felt the breakfast area could been better with more variety and the restaurant closes at 10pm. The rooms were clean the service was wonderful.
