He truly loves hosting and goes out of his way to make sure guests are comfortable and well taken care of. His helpfulness knows no bounds, even assisting with last-minute travel plans and offering thoughtful suggestions. You can tell he doesn’t just provide a place to stay—he creates a whole experience. His family was just as warm and welcoming, making the entire atmosphere feel like a home away from home. The food was absolutely good homemade and clearly cooked with love. The rooms were spacious, cozy, and incredibly clean, with bathrooms that were spotless and well-maintained. Every little detail was taken care of, making it one of the most comfortable stays I’ve had.

Positive: Very welcoming family, they catered to our needs, and made us feel like we were at home. It's a quiet and peaceful place. Mr. Sonam was really helpful. He guided us in visiting several places, and arranged for a travel agent for our trip to Nathula.
Negative: It's slightly difficult to reach the place from the city for the first time, but after you understand how the taxi/bus system works, it's not too difficult.
Summary: Felt like we were at home, excellent place.

Positive: The exceptionally courteous hosts, clean and peaceful environment prevails in the area, good reading space, a roof top to dry your clothes and for some nice views of the snow clad kanchenjunga range....food is also good...all in all a great place

Positive: We spent two and half days here. It was a heart warming experience being a part of the family. Our host sonam bhaiya is a wonderful person and his family was also very warm. The house has a beautiful lawn and terrace overlooking the mountains. The house in its entirety, was no less than a dream come true for us. The whole family with their friendly behaviour made our stay memorable.The rooms were well maintained and spacious.It was an amazing stay with delicious and organic homemade food. I would highly recommend this place to the visitors.
