Just a 300 foot walk from the 3/4 acre private lakefront property with dock and pavilion and a short drive to the busy side of the lake where you can enjoy the Canadohta Roller Rink, Putt-R-Golf, free beach or the water slide at The Frog Pond.
Plenty of places to eat around the area as well including the The Anchor Bar and Grill, Happy Jax, The Frog Pond, Lana's on the Lake or The Bear Inn. The city of Erie is less than an hour away where you can enjoy all the shopping and adventures your heart can desire.

Summary: Very much enjoyed our stay at the Blue Jay. Cottage was large and spacious. Loved having two fire pits. Lake access away was great. The mattresses on the beds were amazing. Would like to know the manufacturer. All the guests loved them. Brandan is great to work with. Highly recommend and definitely will go back.

Summary: We have stayed at this property many times. Each time we are greeted with new updates. The property is clean and well kept, and we keep coming back which is the best compliment in my mind. The owner is readily available and quick to respond if and when needed. Look forward to visiting for many more years to come!

Summary: I can see that this would be a good place for a family, as there is plenty of space to spread out. It's kind of big for one person though, and I thought that maybe rates should be adjusted accordingly. It's a walk to the shelter on the beach, but the view from there is quite nice. There are a lot of attractions close by, and Blue Jay would serve nicely for a base.

Summary: Very clean and well kept property with lots of indoor and outdoor amenities. We were expecting a lakefront on the same property as the house but the access to the lakefront was fine. Enjoyed renting a pontoon and exploring nearby Lake Erie

Summary: This was our third year renting this cabin. Very well equipped and all the room we needed. Every year we find improvements . Would highly recommend this cabin!!!! So many extras.

Summary: We had a great week at the Blue Jay, The place was clean and spacious. Well equipped kitchen and the table was wonderful not only for meals but for evening game time. We loved the Gazebo and lakeside access.

Summary: I grew up going to Canadohta Lake for the summers when I was growing up back in the 70's and 80's and its been years since I have been back. Its just the way I remembered it. This was a great property with plenty of room to move around. It also has a private area right on the lake to build a fire or get sit around on the chairs to enjoy the view. Plenty of shade to stay out of the sun. We will definitely be back. Thanks again for an awesome stay.
