Summary: Property was a great place to stay for my son’s graduation. The home was clean and the perfect size for us. Kitchen was well stocked with basics cooking materials so I was able to cook without any trouble. The beds were ok, a little soft for our family but in good condition. I stressed over communication since we were coming from out of state and the app said to contact host if you hadn’t received check-in Information and didn’t hear back until late on the night before. Host said that they have it set to send the day of the reservation. I would suggest moving that up to the day before or put it in the notes to cut down on stress for those driving in with family.

Summary: We came for our son’s basic training graduation. The location was perfect, only a few min base. Very cute and friendly neighborhood. Close to lots of stores and restaurants. House was spacious. Fenced backyard is great for pets or small children.

Summary: The property was in a nice location and it was super close to Fort Leonard Wood where we were going to watch my nephew graduate basic training. However, it was not very clean, the lawn was high in the back, broken hose spread out in front of back door, there was mildew in the main suite bathroom jet filter, broken chair at table, missing countertop edging, small holes in the wall, broken bar in the main bathroom, and we had three roaches in the house. Two in the kitchen as well as one in the bathroom. The garbage disposal and the spray hose on the sink did not work. However, the biggest problem that we had throughout this whole process was the communication with the host. We sent message and even left messages as well as trying to communicate through Vrbo and would have to wait for an excessive amount of time (on average at least 12+hours) before any return communication. This made the process difficult as we were traveling over 10 hours to the location and our group was traveling apart from each other. My family has used Vrbo before and it was successful but this time did not feel the same. I would not recommend this location unless changes were made and the communication becomes considerably better.

Summary: We truly enjoyed this house. It was so convenient. Our son graduated from boot camp, we choose to stay here instead of a hotel. The house was perfect for our family. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, just a few minutes from the base.

Summary: We were in town for a graduation at Ft Leonardwood. The house was less than 10 minutes to the gate and very convenient. The 3 bedrooms were nice sized and the 2 full bathrooms were great too. Overall it was a good rental and I would recommend.
