Positive: The location was superb and the front of house team were very helpful and friendly (notably Heather)
Negative: Really minor gripes but the pillows were like bolsters and way too firm, there was only one warped frying pan and most of the knives were very blunt. I am sure the team would have fixed these things if we had asked.

Positive: The location and views from the unit was very good.
Negative: It was a bit strange that the kitchen was missing some common cookware items like pot lids, however they had other uncommon items (ex. Egg holders) in excess.

Positive: Only thing was advertised as having a tumble dryer but staff advised was a washer dryer and they don’t dry washing so had to take washing and pay to get dried
