Positive: Loved this house, location is perfect for a get away. Second time we have stayed and wont be the last. Shops close by. Quite area. The lake is beautiful to just chill by. Kids loved the house also, they loved to see the ducks daily, and the pelican that swims by. The team are very responsive to any queries we had. Happy with all the communication throughout our stay.

Positive: The Boathouse had great spaces for all of our family. Plenty of places to play and hang out together and separately. It was well stocked with everything we needed for our 4 day stay. The kids loved the swim spa and the fire pit on the river was a huge bonus.
Negative: The spa really needed some chlorine added to it during our stay. It wasn’t perfect when we arrived but would have been great if the chemicals were available. The kitchen appeared well stocked in the photos, but because the majority of cupboards were locked the things we could use were quite limited. We couldn’t use the oven because when we turned it on a strong smell of oven cleaner filled the house.

Positive: Loved this place. The house was perfect, the backyard was perfect, the swim spa was amazing. Any queries I had the staff always came back in timely manner.
Negative: Only issue i had was that the code for the outdoor compartment didnt work. But this was not a deal breaker as kids still had other activities.
