Welcome to Bridgewood Townhomes! This townhome community was designed by one of Arizona’s most respected and renown modernist architects Alfred Newman Beadle. We have fully remodeled this 950 sq. ft. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom townhome with modern designer touches throughout to create a memorable experience during your stay.
Whether you are in town for business or pleasure you will enjoy the central location as well as essentials, luxuries and more. Conveniently located to major freeways (60, 101, and 202) and nearby Cubs spring training field Sloan park, Arizona state university, Mesa community college, banner hospital and 11 miles from Phoenix sky harbor airport.
We love our furry and nonfurry friends and remind guests that pets are an additional charge of $60 per pet per stay and must be disclosed before check-in :)

Summary: Great response time with host. Pleasant and courteous. Nice place to stay convenient to Scottsdale and airport access within about 15-20 minutes drive.

Summary: Check in fine. Designer remodel/pool isn’t accurate. Claims to have fenced private pool. It’s a fenced communal pool. We booked believing we had a fenced private pool. Host didn’t respond when I asked him about the misinformation. The only way this property should describe the pool is fenced community pool. Very disappointing. Many things listed for property weren’t there. Would like compensation for some part of our expense. Going to run out of room to continue.

Summary: Nicely updated property that worked great for my brother, husband and myself to stay at. We found the bed very comfortable - which is important to us! The host was fantastic with communication with us - he reached out to us! We weren’t having any issues so we weren’t always the best at responding but appreciate his communication.

Summary: We stayed at the townhome for 9 days - I had trouble getting into the lockbox and Daniel called me right away to help me get into it. He always responded back right away when I had questions. It was nice to stay in a place with a washer and dryer. Nice patio. The swimming pool was nice but it was too cold for us to use.

Summary: This was the perfect spot for 2 couples in town for an event. Very clean, appliances, floors, carpets, everything seems like new. Owner was very responsive and check-in/out was easy.Very close to Scottsdale, Mesa, Gilbert, and Pho

Summary: Daniel's property and communication are great! Thus the five star rating. I do however question the cleaning fee when we had to spend time cleaning it, sadly. But we would rent this property again.

Summary: 3 adults was a great stay. There was enough room for all of us, beds were comfy and plenty of pillows and bedding. The outdoor space was wonderful, the only thing we missed was a gas fire pit or some lights over the porch for when it got dark. Great location to stores, groceries, bars and restaurants.
