Positive: This apartment is amazing, everything is there. Specially if you want to cook. Garden is nice. We like the area, it’s family neighborhood which we felt safe. I’m sure will book this apartment again. It’s highly recommended. Host was very professional and responsive.
Negative: It’s not that we didn’t like something, but it’s only a suggestion. During summer now it can be really hot, and apartment doesn’t have air conditioning. Hopefully they will consider to put that.

Positive: A cosy little house situated just 30 minutes from Alton Towers. The beds were comfortable, and the house was in working order. The property was clean to a good standard and the booking company was reachable with any queries.

Positive: I like that the place was clean and that the shower worked well. The host was pleasant too.
Negative: I didn’t like the way I felt a little misled regarding the parking in the photos on booking.com you would think that you can park on the drive, but this is not the case as it’s not a road outside the house it’s a walk way. I got a email on the day of arrival regarding where you need to park up the road on a drive way away from the house..but as I didn’t see the late email we parked at the side of the road near the property and got blocked in by person living nearby. It was a nightmare & very stressful to try and find out who actually owned that car knocking on doors at 8:45 pm at night was not ideal. The oh no was quite rude too like he didn’t care that he had completely blocked us. The other thing was there is no radiator in the kitchen so that is very cold. Everywhere else was okay but you didn’t feel like you wanted to do anything in the kitchen. Also the boiler water system in the kitchen go pipework goes up directly into the main bedroom and makes a right noice through the night. Say hi to the doorbell camera that you’re welcomed with on arrival. A good idea also would be to have a coat rack in the hallway and a shoe rack. There is plenty of room for this yet nowhere to put coats etc. Once we sorted the parking the next day that was some what better but still would of like a drive.
Summary: On thinking about it, I don’t think we would stay there again for the reasons given.

Positive: The house looks very good, confortable, has all you need to stay. We were 4 adults and 1child, we had space enough to feel like home. The house has all the facilities. At the arrival was cold indoor, but with the instructions left by the owner, we set up the boiler and it was warmer really fast. The owner was at a message away.

Positive: Modern, exceptional clean,lovely quiet residential area but not far from the town centre and great communication with the owner.
Negative: nothing - we are returning customers. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and that might have been a problem for families with children but I’m sure that’s temporary and will be fixed.
