Positive: Lovely quiet location. The cottage was very well presented and we received a very generous welcome basket. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were really comfortable. The owners have put in a lot of care and attention to detail. We had our dog with us, and not only was the rear garden nice and secure, but we were able to take her on a number of different walks right from the door step.
Negative: We had trouble finding Anslow. The directions provided were fine once we were in the village, but we could have done with some details about the best route to take to the actual village.
Summary: Lovely rural retreat with all the home comforts.

Positive: Great cottage. There was some lovely goodies there when we arrived, including milk, bread and marmalade! It was immaculate and is so much bigger in real life! Plenty of towels, toilet rolls and everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. My little boy loved the pond and spotting the dragonflies. It was 30 minutes from alton towers. Theres also an aldi a 5 minute drive away.

Positive: The property was superb both inside and outside. It was well maintained, tastefully decorated and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was fully equipped and the entire property was spotless. The host was very kind, helpful and welcoming. We really enjoyed our short stay in this lovely and serene space. Thank you!
Negative: There was absolutely nothing to dislike about this property.
Summary: Our stay was comfortable and homely, indeed the perfect place for our short escape to the countryside.
