Summary: I had an amazing stay with 8 of my closest friends. The property was JUST as described, if not better. There was so much room for us to be together and not feel cramped on top of each other. I appreciated how large the beds were, so it wasn’t awkward for any of us to share a bed. We were a little confused on how to work the thermostat, but when we reached out to the host, he was super helpful. I definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Summary: The property was well maintained and clean. It had everything we needed as two families (nine persons total) traveling together with the purpose of exploring Chicago. The neighborhood was quiet. Our children really enjoyed the game room. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, and cooking pans. It would have been a bonus to see olive oil, aluminum foil, and salt/pepper. We would have liked to see a minimum of one sleeping pillow per advertised guest limit as well as an entire extra sheet set and blanket. We used the fold out sofa in the game room and had difficulty locating the "extra" bedding. The updated fixtures throughout were enjoyable. All in all, we wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again.

Summary: We had a lovely stay. House was very clean and beds were comfortable. The kitchen has all the basics needed (silver wear, pots, pans, baking sheets, etc). House is close to a main road but still a quiet neighborhood. Driveway was great as overnight street parking is not allowed. Close proximity to a Trader Joes (and other grocery stores) for easy grocery shopping. I would absolutely stay again! Only "negative" (and I wouldn't really call it a negative) is that the next door neighbor has two dogs that are outside often during the day and bark occasionally.

Summary: The property was clean and as advertised. The beds were great! The kids enjoyed the play area in the basement. The adults enjoyed hanging out at the dining room table. The use of the electronic lock was a little cumbersome at first but once we got the apps installed, etc. that worked well. The neighborhood is just okay. Good sidewalks for walking, etc. The location near major street is convenient, which is one of the reasons we chose the property. We would stay again.
