Negative: Staff Never cleaned my room and arranged it properly even after informing multiple times

Negative: Restaurent. If you want bed coffee you have to wait upto 7.00 AM. Except breakfast, lunch and dinner time restaurent phone will not be answered. Often I had to call reception. During weekend, in the Dining Hall, Hotel Guests are given low priority in service. Quality of food is average. Neither poor nor excellent.

Summary: Room was comfortable but restaurent needs improvement.

Positive: Stay is pure value for money, property is really good service was also great game room needs an upgrade it will be more better very good quality service. We booked 3 rooms and it was very good Restaurant was the highlight.

Negative: There were areas in the room where damp was coming from the washroom.
