Positive: Beautiful house that was well suited to 8 adults & 2 dogs. Plenty of space for the dogs outside. Loads of comfortable seating areas inside & out for the humans! Very well equipped for when we wanted to cook. Everybody loved it and didn't want to go home. Loved the location and enough pubs to keep us fed & watered for 3 nights.
Negative: Everything was good. No complaints and from 8 people I would say that is rare.
Summary: Fabulous stay in Warkworth

Positive: Fantastic house in great location. Suited our multi generational group perfectly. First time we've had such a big garden (we've been coming to Warkworth for many years). Felt at home the minute we walked through the door.
Negative: Only issue we had was the garden furniture and a lot of the fence posts had a lot of bird poo on them. Not ideal for a three year old scrambling around. Loved the birds visiting the garden so guess its a hard one to solve. Maybe the gardener could hose down when he's there on a Friday?

Positive: Warkworth was lovely and the house felt like a home, It had everything you could ever need for a Holiday.
Negative: The fridge was set to maximum when we arrived so some fruit was frozen. Just turning it down sorted it out.
Summary: A wonderful home away from home.

Positive: Lovely big house. Space to relax, cook, eat, and for the kids to play. Big bedrooms with comfy beds. Extremely well kitted out Kitchen. Great location. Wish we could have stayed longer than 2 nights.
Negative: No complaints as the property was as described and met most of our requirements. We managed to get parking outside the property on the opposite side of the road, but I imagine it could be annoying if you had to park elsewhere. A downstairs toilet would have been beneficial.

Positive: Nice location, great base to travel a bit further around Northumberland Coast from. Very spacious family home, I imagine it is beautiful in the summer. It was a little bit difficult to get to eat as a Party of 8, The Mason Arms staff where a little rude when we tried to book there, twice!! The Hermitage was a little on edge about cooking for 8 people on a Friday evening. But The Sun Inn were very accomodating and we were not disappointed with the delicious food we received. Highly Recommend. And the Bar staff were very friendly. The Village has a couple of little shops which are nice. As too much alcohol was consumed on the Friday evening, we decided to get the bus into Alnwick on the Saturday, it was a short journey and only cost £2.50, which isn't bad. Alnwick Market is a must,, most of the stalls where handmade products, the little shops are great too. On the Sunday we went for a wander around Amble market, which is another great place to visit.
Negative: I think the small bathroom in the house, needed a bit of a clean. Other than this, the property has been one of the best I've stayed in, fully equip and Labelled! The toaster did trip the electric in the kitchen a few times.
Summary: Lovely Home from Home
