2 Bedroom Cabin in Packwood

800 sq ft rustic modern cabin on a quiet cul de sac at the end of high valley. About a 10 minute (5 mile) drive to downtown Packwood. 5 minute walk to the river access trail. About a 30 minute (25 mile) drive to White Pass ski area.
1 bedroom with a queen bed
1 bedroom with a full bed
Bathroom is in between the 2 rooms
Gas fireplace(propane) (pilot off during summer heat)
8ft x 8ft L shaped couch that could be slept on and there are also 2 fold out mats

Ask about the guest unit in a inquiry. There is an extra guest room on the property that can be added for an extra $75/night. It is a separate building from the main cabin and attached to the back of the garage. It is 200 sq ft - has a queen bed, bathroom, jakuzzi tub, small wood stove, 55 inch 4K hd tv, soundbar, google Wifi mesh network, Keurig coffee maker, fold down table/desk and chair, and a fridge. It cannot be rented separate from the main cabin. Nor will it ever be occupied if main cabin renters choose not to add it to their stay. If added to the main cabin stay it would increase the maximum people to 8 with 6 adults and 2 children sleeping on the couch or mats.

*There is a garage on the property that is for owner storage only.
*There are security cameras on the front yard and driveway only. The inside, optional guest unit and fenced backyard with the hot tub and fire pit are private.
*Like most of High Valley, there is a mixture of cabins, ranch homes, and manufactured homes in the neighborhood. Neighboring tenants are a mixture of full time and vacationers.
*Neighbor homes are visible from the front yard.
*Gas fireplace pilot light will be off during summer heat so house can stay cool.
* The Cabin has fast internet WiFi and a hard wired land line phone to ensure guest will have connectivity during their stay. Cell phone coverage varies by provider. Check with your provider on how to enable WiFi calling/ messaging and available coverage in the packwood area.
*For Winter guests - the streets near and to the cabin are typically plowed effectively during winter snow. It is recommend that guests have the necessary equipment to drive in winter conditions.
**The Cabin is located on private property and is maintained and inspected regularly. It is operated by Nine Properties LLC as a vacation rental. Guests are responsible for their own safety and for any damage caused during their stay. The owners are not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses on the premises.

Summary: Just an amazing place to spend the weekend! We had plans to go out and see the surrounding mountains, do some hiking, and just be outdoors. Instead, we did axe throwing, connect four, ladder ball, had the fire pit going, and then returned to the hot tub to relax and look at the stars. We did nothing except grill up some steaks, sat outside in the backyard, and just relaxed. I couldn't tell you one thing to do in the town of Packwood but I can tell you that we had smores, hot chocolate, and lots of games to choose from here at this place. This host was super easy to communicate with and no issues came up at all. Very responsive and a place that I would come back to every year! Be prepared to just relax and get away from the city. Amazing!

Summary: Second visit. This cabin is equipped with everything you could want or need and then some. Loved having the hot tub and bbq grill on deck. Great backyard for summertime entertainment. Everything in the cabin seemed new or barely used and perfectly organized. They even provide wood for the fire pit and s’mores. Pictures are very accurate. I would buy this place if it ever went up for sale. We will be back

Summary: This is a really nice little cabin that is beautifully appointed. Everything about it is really nice and it's one of, if not the best, VRBO's we have stayed in in this price range as far as comfort and quality goes (and we have stayed in a lot of them). I wish we could have used the back yard area because it looks great, and if we were here during a warmer time of year we surely would have. We loved the way the small property was landscaped. You could tell a lot of thought and love went into both the cabin and the front and back yard. If I were to get a little nit picky about anything it would be that this cabin is located in an older, and very large, development/neighborhood with a lot of sub par mobile/manufactured homes/RV's and small cabins on small lots, but this cabin is like a little oasis amongst those so I'm still giving it 5 stars.

Summary: We loved our stay. I read reviews that said you don't need to bring anything, but didn't quite believe it so brought our coffee and grinder and butter. We didn't need to! I have never stayed at a place that's been so well-stocked, and so thoughtful about all the little touches, and so well organized. It inspired me to buy a label maker and get my own house in better shape! Only note is that I stupidly didn't download the code and messages before arrival and didn't have service when we got there, so we had to drive back to town. This is not on the owners, but on me, but thought it might be helpful to remind others that if you have Verizon, your vrbo app will not work so screenshot the code ahead of time!

Summary: We spent new years with another couple at cabin. We were gone during the days snow shoeing and skiing, but wished we stayed longer to enjoy the charming cabin.It was so clean, and every amenity was available. Loved the rustic theme of the cabin. Such wonderful woodsy decor. We loved the cabin, it was better than we imagined. Even the games matched the themes of the decor. This place gets 5 plus stars.
