Summary: Room phone did not work all week. I could not reach the front desk or concierge. Wake up did not work and almost missed the plane. Sent engineer dept twice and did not work. I travelled alone and very uncomfortable. Admin. said it is o k if I write a poor review since it would not affect them. Also, drawers had a terrible odor and I had to wash everything when I arrived home. A pretty place with uncaring mgt. So disappointed. I need to return and now have to find another place to stay.
