Negative: The bathroom was not what we expected. The shower temperature could not go down from 38 degrees. The big shower was not applicable. And the door was keep jamming. The breakfast was not enough for the 2 days we stayed.

Negative: Lovely accommodation perfect for our needs. Great communication through the whole process. Short distance into York made it perfect in its location. Bed really comfortable and very quite area so had a nice peaceful sleep. Would definitely book again for the future.

Positive: Initial Supplies in the property were great, there was bread, milk, eggs, tea, coffee, butter and cereals. Parking was available in front of the property. Excellent communication from the host, who also arranged a session for us all in the privately located hot tub. The property is excellently situated for access to the Park & Ride facility, 5 mins away and easy to find. There is access to a private garden area, with table tennis and swing ball games. Public footpaths nearby for a nice evening walk.

Summary: An enjoyable stay with everything we needed for a great weekend. Will definitely return.

Positive: Received the details ahead of time. Key safes were obvious, well labelled and easy to find. The hosts provided lots of information, which was very useful. The studio was clean and well stocked. The honesty box is a great idea, we didn’t need it, but if we did, it would have been a life saver. Breakfast items were very welcome.

Positive: The breakfast was excellent and was so helpful with everything provided. The kitchen was very well equipped . Very good shower and heating worked well. Thank you for helping us so promptly with parking on Saturday evening.

Positive: Really lovely property. Comfortable bed and had everything we needed. Hosts were lovely and were quick to reply to any queries we had. Easy travel to York using the park and ride nearby!

Negative: As it’s one property split into separate flats, you can often hear other people coming in/out and other guests dogs barking. However, earplugs are supplied by the hosts!
