Negative: Said there would be iron and ironing board there wasn't either good job bought our own the outside could do with tidy up suggest few more flowers tubs and try keep cobwebs down

Positive: Upon arrival, we were met by hosts, Mauro and Catia. They are so sweet and a pleasure to chat with. We were welcomed with a bowl of chilled fresh fruit, and freshly baked piadina. This home was so cozy and clean. The bedrooms are all good sized, with comfortable beds and linens, the kitchen well-stocked, bathrooms clean and updated. The house is within walking distance to the beach, shopping, and great restaurants. The bikes provided are a plus. Our only regret was not having enough time to take Catia's cooking class. We would most definitely stay here again.
Negative: Upstairs bedrooms can get warm, as there's no air-conditioning, but it wasn't uncomfortable.

Positive: It’s really comfortable for 2 families, there are 2 floors so each family (familiy of 3 with small kids) could have our own floor, with bathroom.
Negative: Air condotioning would be really nice to have, during the hot summer days.
Summary: The hosts were suberb, so nice and helpful, they made our stay really comfortable. The house is spacious, fully equipped
