Spacious unit with open floor plan located on the third floor (access via stairs only), two private bathrooms, & large private patio overlooking green views. Take an Insta selfie or best friend group photo in the beautiful 7ft mirror. Relax on the comfortable modern furniture & hook up to our super-fast gig speed Wi-Fi. Large 65" TV in the living room and smart TVs in each bedroom. Free tanning bed, pool access, and gym!
Detached garage included steps away from secured entrance. Full W/D in unit
Quiet neighborhood, walking/biking trails, & dog park located on site.
Close to everything West Des Moines, Des Moines and surrounding cities has to offer.
Please note there is a Ring Doorbell security camera located at the front door and a Minut Noise device inside the unit to monitor noise levels, temperature and smoke detector- this device does NOT record audio. Its purpose is to help prevent noise complaints from neighboring units. There are no cameras inside the property.

5. Please respect space & have a great stay

8. Forgotten items can be shipped with $100 + shipping and handling costs
9. Late check out can be accommodated until 12:30 pm for $50. Failure to check out without prior notice will result in a $100 charge.

Summary: This property is well-cared for and well provided. Kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep, including several spices. Furniture and beds were clean and comfortable. Third-floor balcony looks out north, which is a plus in hot summer months. Had an issue with HVAC which the managers fixed immediately—they were very responsive and easy to work with. Neighborhood is upscale and modern. Lots of shops and restaurants within easy drive. Would definitely stay there again!

Summary: Second stay at this property this year. We will book here again for our next visit to the Des Moines area. Very clean and quiet with access to a gym and pool as well as very convenient to area attractions and shopping.

Summary: It was a very nice surprise for us when we entered the home. It was much better than staying at the hotel. The decoration was very nice and homely. It was very clean and well-kept. It has everything that we needed during our stay. This was like staying at home. We will definitely come back to this place when we go to Des Moines in the future.

Summary: The apartment was beautiful and conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Was not aware we would have to walk up/down 3 flights of stairs with our luggage for our week’s stay as no elevator, which should be mentioned in the online description.

Summary: Had a very nice stay. The unit is laid out well and parking is great with the nearby garage. The place was very clean and well equipped. Nearby shopping and restaurants give you a variety of options. I will stay here again. Be aware this is a 3rd floor walk up.
