Positive: Good location in the center of town, close to the beach, shopping and lots of restaurants although most places close around 6pm so be warned. The building is secure and safe with a fob entry at the front door and at the end of the hallway. The room had everything I needed with a comfortable bed, lots of good towels, a great shower, toiletries, excellent A/C and wifi. There are good plates, cups, glasses, pots and pans, in short everything you need if you wish to cook. The fridge has a large freezer compartment and lots of space and the gas cooker is a 4 burner. There is also a coffee maker, blender and microwave. Everything in the apartment and outside was kept very clean. Communication was excellent with prompt replies to any questions and help getting to know the area.
Negative: The only window in the room looks onto the hallway so there is no natural light.

Positive: The room was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Everything was new and looked well taken care off. liked that there is a washer and dryer. We were able to wash and dry the beach towels and wet clothes as there is no outside space to the room.
Negative: I missed an emergency exit and instructions on how to handle in case of an emergency. The room is on the second floor and I was wondering if the gate (which opens with a token) would open automatically.
