Positive: The room and our room attendant were brilliant. Most of the staff were lovely. There was a lack of flexibility in some areas and with some staff especially providing for English guests. The club area was very disorganised and not worth paying for.

Positive: Beautiful Island with lovely facilities and rooms. The staff were all great - in particular Logo really looked after us on our boat ride and Ishak and Sunny were great in Mare restaurant. Mitchel and the team in the club lounge were also lovely. The snorkelling from our Sunset Water Villa was the highlight for us - turtles, rays, sharks and an aquarium of fish. Beautiful!!

Negative: Security around the water sports lagoon were really annoying blowing whistles all the time and forcing guests to wear life jackets. Seems silly in that environment - if you’re a proficient swimmer this should be optional. Activities for “tweens” were limited. Checkout was too early before our seaplane departed. Left my sunglasses in room on departure and despite giving exact location the resort was unable to locate them so I have to replace them…. My fault, but they can’t have disappeared!!! Finally, the resort is still fish-feeding which we really didn’t like and witnessed guests copying the activity despite staff telling them to stop. The resort must start leading by example on this and they assured me they would address this and phase out the practice.

Summary: The perfect resort….. Almost. Will definitely return and would recommend

Positive: The team was great, always happy and supportive, with a "Thailand touch". Everyone always with a big smile in their face.

Negative: In general, the villas needs maintenance. The food was far worst when comparing with the other 3 resorts we have been in Maldives. We choosed the Grand All Inclusive meal package. They have 3 restaurants, one general, one Thai, and one Italian. To be served in Thai or Italian, you have to book in advance, but it was always fully booked, even when the resort is not full. We used to see many tables and seats empty, but they were full. The general restaurant, the only one you can go without reservation, was definatelly not good, always incomplete, not even close of what we expected considering what we have payed, and considering an all inclusive package in a Maldivian resort There were some basic requests that they took more than one hour to help us, never expected this considering the upgrade we did. There are some beaches that looks like artificial, because they add concrete blocks to hold the tides. It is not that Maldivian experience that we imagined and lived in other resorts It is good and simple, dont consider then if you are looking for a 5 stars place
