Beautifully restored stone house combining charm and comfort in the heart of South West, halfway between Bordeaux and Toulouse.
Its location is exceptional: at the foot of the fortified city of Larressingle classified 'Most Beautiful Villages of France', forming with its houses, its walls and its church a beautiful medieval architectural example, on route to St Jacques de Compostela.
Nearby, very pretty houses like Montreal du Gers and Fourcรจs, the archaeological site of Sรฉviac the 'Treasury' Eauze, the town of Condom where you will find all the shops, restaurants and a cinema.
The markets offer delicious local produce, you are foie gras country, Floc and Armagnac!

Summary: We loved our stay at Larressingle. The house has a real lived-in feel and was more than big enough for 7 adults. We loved the garden and pool area. The village is tiny, with a couple of tourist shops in the Fortress. The pizzeria was great. Condom only 10 mins away by car so easy enough to get shopping. Such a beautiful part of France. Thank you for having us.

Summary: Lovely property in a beautiful peaceful village, close to a small town. Property was well equipped with a lovely private pool. However, upstairs bathroom could do with a refurbishment especially the shower. Also, window screens need to be fixed/replaced as mosquitoes were a nightmare! The wifi wasn't working during our stay either. That said, overall we had a fantastic time, the property is lovely (and typically French) and the owner and her colleagues were really helpful.

Summary: We had a very nice holiday in Larressingle. The house, garden and pool are even better that you can see on the photos. Perfect for two families. Larressingle is a very peacefull village with a castle and few restauranst in the walking distance. Shopping you can do in Condom, 5 km away.
