Summary: It is a quiet little place to relax, away from the noise. Location is very close to McConnelsville downtown and the riverfront. Good restaurants nearby. The property is in good condition, though small for the number of people listed. The bunk beds were pretty inconvenient with low ceilings. Also there was only 1 AC in the whole property, which didn't supply air very well in the bedrooms at night. But overall, we enjoyed the stay.

Summary: Myself and 3 friends, on motorcycles, spent a 3 day weekend at this house. It was exactly as advertised. Plenty of utensils and pots and pans to cook meals in. The fire pit was our favorite feature.

Summary: A friend and I did a weekend getaway to the cabin. We are kayakers, and we wanted to paddle the Muskingum and check out some of the locks. The cabin is very close to Rokeby lock. The cabin was nice, extremely clean, and quiet. It is close to a road, but it's a very quiet road. Perhaps one car an hour. Nice fire pit with lots of free wood. Maybe 7 miles and 10 minutes to McConnelsville for dinner, grocery store, etc. I would absolutely stay there again!
