Positive: The staff were so kind and helpful and the hotel is beautiful. The location is excellent for access to Hegra and the free wildlife tour was brilliant.

Negative: It will be even better when the big pool is open! Currently they only have the spa pool which is quite small.

Summary: The staff took great care of us and we had a brilliant stay.

Positive: Luxurious and exceptional service…safari was interesting for our toddlers…heated pool outside the room was a big plus..bonfire outside the room was also a nice experience..

Negative: Rooms have tight corridors due to the fact that they are an unesco world heritage site and cannot be expanded…
