Summary: This hotel has lost some of its charisma since we last stayed back in 2018 and the service from staff was disappointing. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and cool. We waited a good 20 mins to be served for drinks when we arrived, asked for Olives to accompany the drinks and they never arrived. Although we mentioned this on checkout to the staff and they took it iff the bill, the charge has subsequently reappeared on the credit card statement. It really seems that now the customer is not right and with this attitude is unlikely we will come back.

Summary: We had to do a last-minute change to this hotel and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. From the moment we checked in until we left everything was excellent. Especially memorable was the staff. Wonderful wonderful people who made you feel like they really cared and wanted to make your stay the best possible. Excellent location as well! Loved everything about it.

Summary: Staff were excellent, Breakfast Excellent, BR Closes too early and should stay open for residents. Bed and Pillows were very comfy. Room was tired and needs a refresh.

Summary: Lovely stay in a good sized room. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was well appointed, although potentially a little bit dated. There could do with being some plugs or USB ports next to the bed. Pool was a good size and wasn't busy. Would have preferred the sauna and steam room to be near to the pool so that we could go in together, rather than it being part of the male or female changing rooms.

Summary: Tv could not be connected and no one from management informed me while check in at hotel that engineer is only available at day time to check connection for tv. There was bad odour from towels in toilet.

Summary: Ig rooms good beds- but my hallway started leaking and drip drip drip- I complained and I gad to change my room at 23:30 - not cool- where is the resting peace in that- I asked Money back - I was told you got a new room that’s enough- well Why should I have to change rooms at 23:30!!

Summary: We loved the hotel but unfortunately my daughter and I became stuck in the spa lift, the doors wouldn't open. My daughter became very distressed and as a result she wouldn't use the lifts again.

Summary: We had a fantastic 1 night stay, we was really lucky with the weather so got to enjoy the balcony on our room. Was lucky to get a refurbished room, decor is fresh and nautical. The breakfast was delicious! If i could pass on a couple of improvements to hotel it would be larger size dressing gowns, they would fit size 8 perfect which most people are not, maybe it was just our room! To have a bottle opener in the room too would have been useful. These did not take away from our stay, it was brilliant and loved our anniversary cake and card, it was a lovely touch!
